This software and its source code are proprietary to Rowlock LLC and are licensed, not sold. By using, copying, or distributing this software, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

Rowlock LLC grants the licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely in accordance with the terms of this agreement and applicable usage terms. The license is provided in connection with either:

• a paid commercial agreement, or

• an evaluation period as explicitly approved by Rowlock LLC.

2. Evaluation License

An evaluation license may be granted for a limited time, at Rowlock LLC’s sole discretion, to permit evaluation and internal testing.

Evaluation licenses:

• Are time-limited and may be revoked at any time

• Must not be used in production environments

• Are subject to all terms of this license unless explicitly overridden in writing

Continued use beyond the evaluation period requires purchase of a commercial license.

3. Distribution Channels

Rowlock software may be made available:

• Directly from Rowlock LLC

• Through approved third-party platforms or partner marketplaces

Regardless of distribution channel, use of the software is governed by this license.

4. Restrictions

You may not, without express written permission from Rowlock LLC:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

• Modify or create derivative works based on the software

• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the software to third parties

• Use the software for any purpose not explicitly permitted by Rowlock LLC

5. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Rowlock LLC. This license does not grant any ownership or intellectual property rights.

6. Confidentiality

The software contains proprietary and confidential information of Rowlock LLC. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the software and not disclose any part of it to any third party.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software and cease all use.

8. No Warranty

This software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Rowlock LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rowlock LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software.

10. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
